Combined transport packaging combines corrugated cardboard with other materials (foam cushionings, plastic liners, wooden reinforcements and pallets, anti-corrosion bags) to enhance protection or functionality. The aim is to provide enhanced protection for sensitive parts of products, sturdier packaging, optimisation of transport costs and, often, the reusability of the packaging.

Pallet boxes
Large-volume packaging designed for direct placement on pallets. We manufacture these using multi-wall corrugated board (5-wall and above), with a focus on load-bearing capacity, stacking stability and efficient forklift handling. The ideal solution for industrial components, export and inter-operational logistics.
Overseas boxes
Packaging designed for the demanding conditions of maritime and long-distance transport is extremely durable and is used for extreme loads. It minimises the risk of damage caused by vibrations and prolonged stress, and thanks to a special impregnation treatment, it extends the packaging’s service life in damp environments.
Non-standard boxes
Based on specific customer requirements, we develop custom-sized or custom-designed packaging, most commonly for oversized, irregularly shaped or heavy products. We provide a comprehensive service covering packaging development, consultancy and expert technical support.

Proper securing is essential for safe transport
Securing elements are used to keep the product in place inside the packaging, preventing it from moving and becoming damaged. We design the securing system to withstand vibrations, impacts and long-term storage
Cardboard fixings
We manufacture fully recyclable cardboard packaging components such as dividers, die-cut shapes, inserts, partitions and grids.
Brackets made from engineering foams
PUR and PE foam inserts are sufficiently sturdy whilst being gentle on the packaged product. Thanks to their properties, foam mouldings are ideal for securing products. It is a very lightweight, flexible and water-resistant material.

Standard cardboard packaging
We manufacture cardboard packaging for both industrial and commercial use in accordance with the international FEFCO standard, which is the most widely used system for classifying corrugated cardboard packaging structures. The advantage of standard designs is rapid production and low manufacturing costs.
We have the technological equipment to produce slotted packaging with sheet lengths of up to 5,500 mm and the capability for 6-colour flexo printing on a single production line.
The most commonly used structures include flap boxes and EURO boxes, as well as packaging for e-shops with integrated adhesive tape.

Die-cut shapes, even in large formats
We have unique technology that enables us to die-cut to dimensions of up to 2200 × 3600 mm. We can precisely die-cut even complex shapes from a single sheet of cardboard, which, when assembled, form sturdy packaging with a minimum of glued or stitched joints.
